Add NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL and NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY to .env.local (or your host's environment variables), then restart the server. The README walks through it.

Customers never need to sign in. The verify links in their warranty emails stay public.
